Shipping policy

MUNAK delivers orders across Pakistan. All orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible, while delivery times may vary depending on location, courier service, and stock availability.

The estimated delivery time is 5–7 working days after order confirmation. While we aim to deliver within this timeframe, slight delays may occur due to external factors such as weather conditions, logistics, or courier service operations.

A standard delivery fee of Rs. 200 applies to all orders within Pakistan. Any changes in shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery. However, once an order is dispatched, MUNAK is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or issues caused by third-party courier services.
